Installation & Maintenance Guidelines

Installation Requirements

  • Install on concrete or channel steel base (recommended height: 200mm)
  • Reserve sufficient operation space around the cabinet (follow manual dimensions)
  • Pre-embed cables with specified reserved lengths (A:660mm, B:590mm, C:470mm, N:530mm, PE:460mm)
  • Seal cable inlet with fireproof mud (thickness ≥20mm)
  • Ensure reliable grounding before power-on

Daily Maintenance

  • Check charging gun for damage, keep gun head dry and clean
  • Inspect cabinet casing for rust, water leakage and door lock condition
  • Verify touch screen display and indicator light functionality
  • Test emergency stop button and insulation resistance regularly
  • Clean dust from internal modules and air filters per cycle (15 days~6 months based on environment)

Operation Precautions

  • Prohibited to install/remove power cables with power on
  • Wear insulated gloves and protective shoes during operation
  • Do not unplug the gun during charging; unlock first after charging completion
  • Equip dedicated fire-fighting equipment near the charger
  • Only trained and qualified personnel can perform maintenance
